AXELERATE COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF TECHNOLOGIES AND KEY PEOPLE OF ARKESOFT

REDMOND, October 15, 2007--aXelerate Solutions®, a provider of innovative solutions for enterprise business, has announced today that it has completed the acquisition of technologies and key people from Arkesoft, a San Jose, Costa Rica company.

This acquisition is part of a strategic development for aXelerate to grow his staff of near-shore developers in Costa Rica. Costa Rica is quickly becoming a major source of IT highly qualified resources at a competitive rate. With the completion of this transaction, aXelerate will receive key people and technologies to provide foundation for his team in San Jose.

As part of this acquisition, the two co-founders of Arkesoft, Eric Herrera and Daniel Rojas will become aXelerate employees and join as Chief Architect and Technical Guru. The technology developed at Arkesoft will be integrated into aXelerate's solution for collaboration.
